A report from earlier this week suggest it will have a 1.6GHz quad core processor under the hood. its is supposedly going to be officially announced at mobile world congress. what do you thing, how silly do you thing well all look holding up are 8” smartphones to are head next year!!!

changes to ouyas controller?

OUYA changes controller based on user feedback
The OUYA Android gaming console has been in the hands of developers for almost a month now, and we’re seeing the first changes from the feedback that the team has gotten from the developers. The big change is to the directional pad. On the original controller the directional pad was a flat disc, which has never been a popular design, because it makes it harder to accurately press the various directions. So, the team has heeded the feedback and changed the design to a more widely-accepted cross style d-pad.

is the surface Rt a success or….???

well its not looking so good for Microsoft there surface Rt wasn’t as big of a hit as they had hoped it would be… all it did was confuse consumers more and make them afraid to buy a windows 8 tablet or laptop because they didn’t known what Rt is it simple actually its windows 8 ported to arm or system on a chip like the mobile processors in all phones and tablets on the market. But its not ready for mainstream quite yet it doesn’t run full desktop apps just ”metro” or ”modern ui”(from the Microsoft app store) as Microsoft calls it… so over all i believe its a stepping stone, but not really a success yet, maybe the pro will be better it runs desktop apps, but its got last year specs… so you might love the surface but its a niche market if it works for you great!!! But if your like me and hate the idea of not even having the option to run a desktop app like photoshop or anything off the internet the pro will work with both its also twice the price… So I say go try it and maybe its the perfect tablet/pc for you.

LG is continuing the trend  of 5-inch, 1080p phones while spruce up the formula we’d seen in the regular Optimus G. Now theres a swifter version, 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro chip, a bigger 3,000mAh battery and Jelly Bean 4.1 out of the box. Other components are familiar holdovers, such as the 2GB of RAM, 13-megapixel camera, 32GB of built-in storage, a microSDXC slot and LTE. LG hasn’t confirmed the phone separately, other countries’ launches are still up in the air.

Sony has announced the Xperia Tablet Z has been announced, but only for the Japanese market at this point. With a Quad-Core, 6.9mm Thick, And 10.1-Inch 1920x1200 Screen The Xperia Tablet Z is the tablet counterpart to the recently announced Xperia Z phones, and it’s running Android 4.1 at launch. The Tablet Z has a 10.1-inch LCD screen at 1920x1200 with Sony’s Bravia 2 post-processing engine. Inside, it’s packing the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro at 1.5GHz per-core, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage (with an SD card slot), and an NFC chip. Unlike a lot of other OEMs, Sony is also including its flagship camera sensor, the 8.1MP Exmor R on the back. The Xperia Tablet Z is going to be just 6.9mm thick and weighing 495g. Google’s 10-inch tablet is not nearly as slim at 8.9mm. The Nexus 10 also weighs more, tipping the scales at 603g. Sony’s tablet is also water-proof just like the recently announced Xperia Z phone. Sony’s Japanese announcement points out that the device supports LTE, but there’s no telling what form it will take when it arrives on American or European shores. Pricing and availability are unknown at this point, but maybe Mobile World Congress will bring the details.
